Last week in Kuwait I presented the "Leadership of Change - 10 Change Management Lessons Learned" to mostly Finance and Petrochemical Leaders from Kuwaiti organisations. Great interaction with the audience as we discussed 10 potential challenges for leaders of change when they are implementing organisational change. We also discussed the advantage of using change management gamification to prepare leaders for driving change. This is part of our "Change Leadership Alignment" workshop approach.
I covered the change question set that all leaders should be able to answer is:
"Do you have a change vision? Are you aligned on your strategic objectives? Are you a high performing team? Does your team have change leadership skills to lead the change or improvement that your organisation is facing?"
