2027 Global Gurus Leadership Nomination ~ Supporting the Advancement of Saeculum Leadership®

I am honoured to once again be nominated by Global Gurus in the Leadership category for 2027.

While annual rankings are encouraging, they are not the purpose of the work. My primary focus remains the continued development and publication of Saeculum Leadership®, a leadership doctrine centred on stewardship, responsibility, judgement, and the legacy leaders leave behind.

Over the past year, significant progress has been made towards completing Saeculum Leadership®: Doctrine – Volume I. This work reflects a long-held belief that leadership is not about position, popularity, or reassurance. It is about accepting responsibility for decisions whose consequences may extend far beyond our own tenure.
