Organizational leaders develop change leadership skills, knowledge, and self-awareness in a 1-day experiential learning workshop with peers, working on a case study with 13 stakeholders. During the 10 rounds, each team participant is introduced to multiple organizational change tactics by the facilitator. The workshop is supported by an innovative learning gamification app that includes change leadership tactic videos, competency progress, and feedback on how each stakeholder reacts to the chosen tactics and team scoring.

They will also develop change leadership self-awareness about their own emotions and those of the case study stakeholders as they react to the chosen change tactic during the one-day workshop with peers.
