Having a systematic approach to dealing with the transition or transformation of an organization's goals, processes or technologies is one of the most important aspects of bringing out change. People that successfully help organisations and individuals do so are Change Management leaders. Enveloped under its purview are the processes, tools and techniques used to manage organization-wide change, including planning, implementing, and verifying the effectiveness of it. Executing change is challenging, and requires clarity of purpose, cooperation, and communication across those that hold the highest stakes.
All metrics like achievements, followership, online influence, news mentions, were based on what the individual has done within the past year. We feel this truly measures the impact of a leader, by making sure all efforts are up-to-date.
