What is the Change Leadership Business Simulation?

We use an interactive and dynamic leadership business simulation for organisational leaders to learn both change leadership skills and knowledge using game characteristics and experiential learning. They will also develop change leadership self-awareness about their own emotions and those of the case study stakeholders as they react to the chosen change tactic during the one-day workshop with peers. The learning app also has embedded on demand change concept videos, stakeholder profiles, and their reactions to each team's chosen change tactic. It also records each team's learning progress, which is presented as a report at the end of the workshop.


Executive Public Sector Leadership Programme

Programme Overview

Develop the agility needed to anticipate organisational disruption and lead unrestrainedly with the SCHSBM Executive Education’s Executive Leadership Programme. This programme will enable delegates to broaden their perspective on how to lead successfully, how to compete in a nimble global business environment, and how to drive strategy through value-based decisions.
